- the neglect of the Grecian widows reminds me of the cultural divides even within the community of Christ… it bothers me that we neglect people even of the same faith due to culture, ethnicity, race, gender, age, class, etc… i wonder who God’s calling to serve and bridge these divides today
- Just serving food required the qualifications of being spirit-filled and wise
- maybe there’s no such thing as just serving food, and all of life and work requires the spirit and wisdom
